Chet Marcus, CFP®

Chet, founder of Marcus Financial Advisors, began his financial management career in 1982 with Merrill Lynch in Boston and opened his Beverly office in 1985. An independent branch manager for Raymond James Financial Services since 1986, Chet is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®); a registered agent for life and health insurance; and has licenses in general securities that allow him to provide investment advice in fourteen states.
In recognition of his outstanding client service and exemplary professional growth, Chet has been named to the RJFS Executive Council and was nominated for Outstanding Broker of the Year in Registered Rep and Worth magazine's Top 250 Advisors. He's also a frequent guest speaker, locally and nationally, on financial services. Chet feels that it's important to contribute time and talent to the community. An enthusiastic Rotarian who lives their mission of "service above self," he has received two Paul Harris Awards and led a Rotary group study exchange to Italy in 2005. As a past chairman, Chet remains active in the North Shore United Way, and he now serves as the President of the Beverly chapter of Toastmasters International, which he helped found.

Patricia Beckwith, CFP®

After working as a financial advisor with INVEST at a local bank, Patricia joined Chet in 1990. A Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) who holds licenses for general securities and for health and life insurance, she focuses on clients' needs for retirement, asset allocation, education funding, life insurance, and long-term health care planning.
Her community contributions include serving as immediate past president of the Spar and Spindle Girl Scout Council, and she now serves on the nominating committee for the newly merged Girl Scouts of Eastern MA. Patricia also sits on the board of the Essex County Estate Planning Council and is a charter member of Beverly Toastmasters.
